Default Sold the house, now making the move

We sold the house here in Westlake to a couple with two kids. Im really looking to move. We are looking at a house on Meadowbrook Lane in Mason. I think this might be the house we buy. Were pretty much ready to make the move. If anyone has any more information on Mason i would really appreciate it, thanks.

Not to throw a curveball at you, but have you considered Terrace Park? It's an amazing old community where the kids bike to school, to the pool, etc. The school district is exceptional. It's right on the loveland bike trail, on the little miami river..and has been described as being like a Norman Rockwell type of community. It's amazing. And it's loaded with kids! My perception of Mason is new houses, cul-de-sac streets.. I guess I like quaint older village like communities. But that's me. You get less house for your money in Terrace Park, but in return you get a lifestyle for your kids (and you) you wouldn't regret.

It's great! A Blue Ribbon School. Terrace Park Elementary is here in TP and then the middle and high school is in Mariemont right next door. There are approx 2 classes per grade here (50 students or so in total). And it's K-6 in the Elementary School. It's like a private school without the expense of a private school...

What is your price range? How many kids do you have? What ages are they? Terrace Park feels very much like an east coast village.
