I'm trying to think outside the box and I'm looking for suggestions.
I am a Luxury Home property investor currently investing in the Central Ohio area on quick sales.
I would like to market my homes to people relocating to this area.
What would be my best method and least painful of locating people that are interested in relocating to the area without the help of a realtor.
Is this site a good place and/or are there other websites or contacts in the area that someone can recommend.
