Actually no, I have never heard anyone say that. Maybe it's more common closer to Cincinnati.

$400,000,000 for 6,100 flagging corporate-retail jobs is your way of attracting business? Do you even have any idea how long it would take the state to realize a benefit for that? I'm all for attracting business, but you do it by maintaining an educated workforce and by presenting sane enticements. Consider for a moment that $200,000,000 of that is abatements. It would take nearly 33 years at an average annual salary of $50K for each of them at the current tax rate in order to recoup that abatement. Praytell, what is the benefit in that?
