Lebanon, South Lebanon, and Franklin Ohio
I'm looking to move into Warren County. My choices, for personal reasons, are Lebanon, South Lebanon, or Franklin. Can any one give me an opinion on any of these cities? I have 2 elementary age kids so school is very important to me. Would one be better over another for that reason?
I will take any opinion or information you can give!!! I am not familiar at all with these places and don't know anyone from them either. Thanks in advance!

Definitely LEBANON over South Lebanon or Franklin! Better area, growing community, better schools!

Lebanon all the way. Much nicer area. Historic. Just an all-around neat place. Very desirable. Cool atmosphere there. Quaint.

I'd say it depends on what you're looking for. Franklin I'd toss out because of the school issue, among other things. But depending on where you live in or near South Lebanon, you'd either be in the Little Miami or the Kings school districts. And Lebanon has a reputation of being pretty snobby (before anyone hits me over the head, I lived there for nine years and worked at the local newspaper for five; that would seem to be a pretty good indicator of some knowledge of the town); at least you wouldn't have that problem in South Lebanon.

Having spent my k-10th grade years in the Franklin School system, all I can say is I would go with Lebanon.

I live here in Lebanon and can say that is true, all the uppity snobs in this town will let you know who they are and they drives me crazy too. Overall I would not trade living here to move to South Lebanon or Frankin.

Well, you can live in South Lebanon and not live in South Lebanon. There are some newer subdivisions and whatnot outside of the village limits, if that's to your taste.
