laws regarding disclosure
i was in the process of buying a house on land contract and the owner did not disclose anything about any violations or anything and i told her when i found out about it that i was moving and that i wanted my deposit back for none disclosure now she is trying to sue me for the back rent when i was not living there. can she do this and is there any way for me to counter sue for the mis information that she offered to me.
