Not sure how much Sawgrass costs, but there are apartments in Hermitage that should be about the same price. And you will have a short commute to Farrell.

If I had to choose between Howland or Hermitage...... It'd be Hermitage by a long shot.

I don't think any of the public schools here require a dress code (maybe a couple of inner city schools), but no, there are no uniforms in Howland.

There are enough houses for sale and sitting unsold in Hermitage that you might be able to talk someone into renting to you. Call up the realtors and ask. Most homes in Hermitage have 2-car garages. Some of the postwar postage-stamp sized cheapies don't but most ranchers, etc. do.

One of my relatives has a house out in South Pymatuning (Sharpsville schools) but they failed to move all of their crap out of it and their son plans to live there for free this summer, so renting it might be out of the question. But they'd probably sell it if they could bet a buyer. Hermitage schools would be better, though.

I own a home that I may consider renting. My permanent residence is in North Carolina. The home is less than a block from Trumbull Memorial Hospital on the North East side of town. PM me and I'll give you some more information if interested.

That would be Warren City Schools and an old area.
