We heard back from a friend of ours. He said that he has a job possibility for me. We are getting closer to know what the game plan is. We have been packing in the last few weeks. Once we get the job lined up for my hubby first on when he is needed to start then we will know the actual moving date. We are currently looking for a house to rent. Our friend knows the owner of this one hotel/apt near the lake that we can stay on a month to month lease furnished or unfurnished. So at least we will have a roof over our heads if we cannot find a house then.

We will be needing to switch our suv over to ohio plates and license. How much do they cost. Both of our id and license needs renewed in Sept and Oct. We are hoping not have to do the renewal in Pa but possibly be satuck doing that. Is there alot of process to go through. Also the front bumper of our explorer do not have holes for a 2nd plate will they be able to put holes in there for 2nd plate?

From the Ohio BMV website FAQ section ODPS | BMV | Frequently Asked Questions

"I have just moved to Ohio from another state and need to know how to convert my state title to an Ohio title.

First, you will need to obtain an out-of-state inspection on the vehicle. This inspection is a VIN verification and may be obtained from any Deputy Registrar's Office. If you have physical possession of your title, take the title and the Out of State Inspection to your local county Title Office, and they will issue a Certificate of Title in your name. If your title is being held by a lien holder, your local county Title Office will provide you with instructions requesting the lien holder to surrender the title to their office. An Out of State Inspection is required. If the vehicle is leased, the same procedures apply. If your title is currently in two names, both signatures will be required unless otherwise stated by the jurisdiction in which the title was last issued. In either case, an out-of-state inspection is required."

If you look around on that site a little, you will also find BMV locations (Without looking, I think the Auglaize county office is probably in Wapakoneta) and also a list of fees as well as other information.

As far as the holes go, that is not a problem. The holes are probably already part way through on the back side of the bumper and just need to be drilled through the rest of the way.

Welcome to Ohio.
