So you agree that racism exists?

Haha I'm sorry, I feel like this has gotten too off track now.

A counselor in the field told me it is common. The HealthCare system is a business, remember that going in. Doctors are running businesses, this is a factor that people do not realize, and generating fees for the HealthCare system and some will kick out an elderly or terminally ill patient from the healthcare machine. A business decision has been made to do this; a patient will become too much work and the docs have already made their money. Doctors know how to manipulate patients and caregivers and, once they are found out, the ''upset family or loved one defense program'' will be implemented. It's horrible. Unless you are going in for a specific procedure such as knee replacement, even open-heart, get out of the hospital as soon as possible. Doctors are notorious for doing unnecessary treatments, tests and procedures as well as placing patients in the referral merry-go-round; everyone gets a piece of the insurance or government pie. Think of what a huge money-making machine the HealthCare system is; when a patient needs to be spit-out from the machine, he or she will be. My story, especially with a terminally ill patient, is really scary and dark. The HealthCare system protects itself and will lie and manipulate to ensure its survival. Doctors, like lawyers, think they are smarter than everyone else but many are not that sharp, especially when it comes to ''story time'' from them. I know we go back-and-forth with each other on this forum, but trust me on this one. Be careful!
All you had to say was, "No, I have no evidence, I've just heard some stuff and believe whatever I hear." It's far more likely that old people just sometimes die and their friends/family are upset and want someone to blame. Doctors are pretty convenient scapegoats. It's at least far more likely than a serious coalition of doctors out there murdering grandmothers.

To be fair, you did say "I heard" and that someone "told me."

Also, people of color does not require quotations. It refers to non-Europeans. And yes- ASIANS!

Yes. All of this is true in any city in America.

And yes, people of color include every race that is not Caucasian.
