We think so too! The area right around there is nice. Not gonna be walking all around the whole city of Warren. Love the house and really can't wait to get outa here!

It still seems very nice over there and you shouldn't have many issues. I was hoping you were talking about the really awesome home over on Roselawn NE that recently sold...the interior pics you provided look similar. That home is gorgeous with 2 and a 1/2 stories? Had a beautiful winding staircase and beautiful woodwork with remodeled kitchen.

ZSL - That is a very nice house! It needed a few windows and some other minor things, but I was all over it. Unfortunately the current owners closed on it a few days after I noticed that it was for sale

It was for sale for a long time. When we were house shopping 3 years ago, it was on my list. Unfortunately, they wanted approx. $150k for it at the time and my wife wasn't liking the neighborhood or the city of Warren, LOL. I wasn't too thrilled about the shared driveway....but would have loved to seen inside.

I think Warren gets a bad rap. There are different neighborhoods and this one is really good and safe.
Unlike Youngstown, the schools are usable. My daughter is an honors student and Warren G Harding has a beautiful new facility and offers an IB ( International Baccalaureate ) curriculum.

You can see the inside this weekend! It's all ours!

Also, just found out it's a Gordon van Tine kit house. Cool!
