Not all of the SE side is ok. The rule typically is the closer to E. Market you are on the SE side the better and the further from Trumbull Memorial towards North Rd. the better. Ask first and we'll confirm or deny good or bad.

The golf course area to me is the nicest part of the city of Warren. Love the neighborhood and wish very much I could live over there.

there was a petition going around for a trader joe's because that's what the pro-yo movement can do for you! not get a store, but really getting out there and passing around petitions, writing blogs, and playing adult kickball. having to go to cleveland for real city things happens a lot when you are stuck living in youngstown or warren...

Did you have a point? Or did you just want to ridicule a group of people who tried to improve their community, and point out that Youngstown and Warren are not big cities?

i wanted to provide all readers with a cultural context to best understand the situation on the ground. i would like for the people who try to improve their community to succeed, but i wish that they were less idealistic and more practical, less gab and more do.
