Looking to Relocate (Mansfield, Ashland, Tallmadge: neighborhoods, school district, moving to)

My fiance is from Mansfield, Ohio and has family there as well as Cleavland and even other parts. We have made the decision to relocate to Ohio with our two children.
I have read a lot of threads and it seems that a lot of people are really against Manfield, Ohio. Are there any sites that will allow me to search areas close by as well as Mansfield (I have looked at the news journal).

What do you mean "search areas close by"? What is it you're looking for?

I'm not sure what you're looking for exactly, but if you want to search for housing, Craigslist is great.

Mansfield really isn't that bad, but if you are looking for good schools I would suggest moving to Lexington, Ontario, Crestline, Ashland, or Madison Twp. However, there are neighborhoods in the above districts that are basically apart of Mansfield. There are good neighborhoods near/around downtown Mansfield such as Parkwood and Woodland(Woodland being the best) but the city schools are haveing problems. However, there are some really good private schools such as St. Peter's or Mansfield Christian. I hope this helped.

Tallmadge is good there rated as an excellent school District 25 out of 25 and the people are nice. The housing is also great.
