Car shows, Two of the biggest over here are:

Hermitage (PA) Father's Day car show. Hosted by the city and the Shenango Valley chapter of the Antique Automobile Club of America, so it brings in a lot of true antiques, as well as a most of the local car cruisers.

Back to the 50s Weekend at Cascade Park in New Castle Back to The 50's
and there is also an "anti" event that's almost as big, a huge cruise-in in downtown New Castle. Both have bands and you can dance in the old dance pavilion at Cascade Park nightly during that weekend. Cascade Park was a trolley park originally and an amusement park with old postwar '40s and early '50s rides back when I was a kid. The rides are gone now. But it's still an interesting place.

Car shows are a dime a dozen in NE Ohio. They are everywhere, both big and small.

Curious why the OP uses this NV term. What does that mean? Cleveland and points east is referred to as NE Ohio.

What is an NV term? I meant NE Ohio which everyone else got. We are moving to Warren, Oh, so it would make sense I was looking for that area.

Also Cleveland is only about an hour from us, which is not far at all.

A lot that I know of has already been covered. (Canfield fair is a must see, for example) I'm just saying that that awesome Cleveland list could probably be replicated for the other parts of NE Ohio, too.

Here is an event--in my hometown--that I missed the last 2 years because I was busy working on my project house. But I always try to go, when I can: 24th Annual Cruise-On-In and Dance Party - Massillon, Ohio

--edit to add--

This event happened last night: Cookie Table & Cocktails « Mahoning Valley Historical Society

They say it was so successful that it will become an annual event. So, look for it next year.
