Default Daytonians: The Landing or Park Layne
I need help picking an apartment. I am stuck between renting a townhouse at The Landing (downtown on Monument) or an apartment at Park Layne (Grafton Hill). Any insights or possible things that I might be missing? Park Layne has more space, but the Landing would allow me to walk to work. If anyone has lived in either of these places, please give your honest opinions of them.
