help in sebring area (house, water heater, cabinets)

hello group , just moved here to what was planed as a ez paint and set up home, but this was all for mother and she has cancer so the idea was me comming to set up house and my brother to stay and care for her till the job was done, well upon getting here with the semi truck ,i found the house broke iin to, no coper pipes no frig no cabinets ,broken out windows where the A/C used to be , they tore the place up things that should have been glued down are gone,and yes i called the police , have a report but that wont replace the pipes so i spent all i had , its cold and i need to fix the house so i have spent every dime to get plumbing and gas turned on, now with new water heater and new pipes the trouble i face is the heating unit, this unit went off ,?, the pilot still runs and it wants to kick on, or so i think it clicks as if it was about to blow heat again but i think the ele surg we had in the area last week knocked it out, so i tried looking up every book i could find and trouble shooting the steps so from what i se this is just another of gods test, mother was to live her to be close to her mother and sisters, both my brother and my self have talked it over and the deal was ,no love can be as good as a mothers love so i was the sucker who came,, now with a empty pocket and a house left half open the cold tend to make me real blue, i need some one in the area who either works with the disable or who works with cancer pt who knows some thing about the heating systems,, i tried the local salvation army , i asked them for help adding the flue but no one was able to help now add to this the fact i have bone degeneration and i dont truly want to break nothing thats cuse the down time is in months not weeks, so every thing i do is a little at a time,, if ANY one knows a guy who is in the area who will exp, the steps and even show me what part to get , i am able to fix things or so i would like to think, i have the place about 45% fixed and just need heat to move on,, please any help is needed , i cant do this alone and asking my brother to leave mom would kill me,, so if ya can think of some thing let me know,, also if some one knows a group i can join for familys of cancer that would also help , maybe there is some thing good in ohio ? and a church that welcomes big Texas folks would be real nice
