Based on the houses that i rode past in warren recently, the crap hole houses are the affordable ones. They don't look livable at all. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong areas. So far I've been on belvedere, Atlantic, Belmont, i can't remember the other street. I saw nice 1 floor houses near hidden village apartments but they look owned

I think there are a few on Adelaide, between E. Market and 422.

There usually are a few there. Drive by. They aren't mansions by any means. But, i don't think they qualify as "crap holes". I personally would not go any further towards downtown than that street.

There are plenty on Craigslist, too.

Warren is very affordable.

Thanks for the tip, I will look on those streets

When I say crap hole, the ones for rent look like abanded houses and didnt look safe at all so thats probably why the rent is cheap. It's in the warren paper.

What you think is affordable may not be affordable in my eyes lol
