Question Eastern Hills

Considering a move to this area and wanted to know how safe it was and the average cost of housing for a good 3/2.5 home.

Thanks!

Can you be a little more specific on where Eastern Hills is? I've seen this name in some of the Dayton threads but being from Dayton I don't think I have ever heard of this area before.

Please correct me (anyone!) if I'm wrong, but I've understood the Eastern Hills to refer to that area in the SE "corner" of metro Cincinnati inside 275, east of the Little Miami River and south of S.R. 32/Batavia Road.

This would include Mt. Washington, Fruit Hill, Cherry Grove, Forestville, Mt. Summit, Sherwood, Paddison Hills, etc.

...Right?
