Hi. Two very responsible/serious/mature northern Cincy base bow hunters looking for land owner interested in leasing land for hunting. Willing to consider bow hunting only if firearms an issue. We are serious about our sport and will pay well for a quality property. No areage limit. Leasing provides income to cover property taxes and other land ownership costs and will provide you with two additioanl stewards of your land.

We're looking for property in Butler or Warren Counties first but would consider any options in the greater Middletown/Dayton area as well.

We have hunting land for lease in Highland Co (near Pike Co). Exclusive hunting rights to wooded areas surrounded by corn and bean fields. Lots of Wild Turkey and White Tail Deer. There are two sites, each approx. 225 acres. One is with a three bedroom house, the other has primitive camping.

Is one of the properties in Highland Co. still available to lease hunting rights to? If so how much is the lease per site and is it a annual lease?

Thanks in advance

We have one of the areas still available. It is in Highland Co. OH about 15 miles southeast of Hillsboro. The lease is for now until the end of Dec. 08. The land only without use of the threebedroom house is $2500.

vblue,
Is $2500 the annual fee to lease the land for the entire deer and turkey season in 2009? If so, I am interested in leasing for the entire 2009 season. Thanks.

Yes it is but the person who is leasing the first 225 acre section is interested in both sections for 2009. If he does not take both sections it will be available but you will have to contact me after April 2009 to see if it is available. Thanks for your interest.
