I would think your better odds for finding that amount of land, with little chance of seeing development around it, would be in the southeast section of the state. Maybe look around Athens, or the Belpre/Rockland area, which is right across the river from Parkersburg, WV.

Belpre annexed Rockland sometime in the 1950s. It is all Belpre now.
