Wooster (Columbus, Akron, Canton: colleges, prices, land)

Wooster is about 40,000 folks. Settled between
Columbus and Akron and Canton. Some hills S. and
flatter N. Land prices now approx. 11,000 per acre.
Pretty average. People are polite here. Sometimes
they are too polite and fight about who should
go first at a 4 way stop. Influence of Mennonite/Amish
community is a plus. People tend to be kinder than most
generally. Cultural. 3 colleges within 15 miles. Nice downtown.
Nasty Ohio winters cold on the bones. Can't beat the
summers. 1 1/2 hours from walleye fishing on Lake Erie.
Not bad overall. Does have some drug problems, but who
doesnt.
