Default Pro's and con's od living in Canal Winchester?

Hello im new to the forums and am trying to decide where to move to in the next couple of years. I've done alot of research and am looking mainly at moving to Canal Winchester because it seems like a nice place with cheap housing. However I want to know if this would be the place for me. What I'm mainly looking for is:

1. A nice, clean friendly town with a low crime rate.

2. Im am concerned about the weather there. I've been told alot of tornado's, earthquakes and floods occur in Ohio, and im wondering how often they hit and how sever they are. Im from Massachusetts so Im used to the crappy weather everyone seems to complain about here, but that was a huge concern.

3. Affordable housing that isnt a piece of crap, because I dont want to do too much remodling to a house.

4. A decent education system.

5. Also I want a nice town that I could get a job in, Im going to be a graphic designer so if anyone knows of a good area that hires well as well as pays well, that would be awesome.

Thats all I could think of off the top of my head. If anyone could tell me if Winchester has these benefits I would greatly appreciate it. I also would like to hear the downside of living there. Also if you have any recommendations that would be greatly apprectiated.
