Yellow Springs, OHIO
Recently a group of early dog license tags from Yellow Springs OHIO surfaced, alas no date on the tags. They were made by the Wentworth Engraving Co. in Springfield and we do know a bit about this company. The tags are suggestive of the 1880-1920 era and to determine the date I need the dog licensing laws of Yellow Springs and their dates to help. I am the editor of Paw Prints, the quarterly newsletter of the Dog License Collectors and am working on an article. If there is anyone out there who can help or steer me in the right direction I would be most appreciative. Thanks, Bill...
