It would be nice, but by law they have to do what they can to protect they're client, and this means keeping him away from General Population. Then the system has to look into what prisons hold inmates that he help put away, again to protect his sorry *ss.

Unfortunately that is how it works.

I think life with parole after 57 years is perfect. The problem with the death penalty in this country is that we don't just take them out and shoot them. They sit on death row (away from general prison population) for 10 - 20 years with what seems like endless amounts of appeals.

Maybe he'll kill himself. I hate to say that but what an a**h***. This story is sick. I remember waiting to hear, hoping that they would find Jessie alive and well. I was heartbroken when it didn't turn out that way, and I didnt even know her.

I do agree on a life for a life. In this case it would be 2 lives but, I think he can rot in prison for the rest of his life. Like Jessie's mom said, I hope one day he can explain it all to Blake (he's gonna want to know).

Good point, but I say they need to put him with general population and let the other inmates play with him . Let him become some big BUBBA's little girlfriend .

And as for the little boy, that punk B.Cutts Jr. would never see the little fella, ever, if I was his mom's father. The little boy wouldn't even know that Cutts existed. I would even try to have his name removed from his birth certificate. And the Cutts family would be shutoff from the child as well. I would do everything in my power to move and to cut-off all of the past.
