Highland Heights is in between Richmond heights and mayfield heights. the school system would be Mayfield Heights, (if Im not mistaking)...I always like that area..Its diverse, and adjacent to all the major freeways and downtown, and local shopping areas...As far as I know and remember, Its really not a bad area at all....

I used to live in Mayfield Heights, which is close by. Don't know too much about it but, it is a nice area and Mayfield has a good school system. I would try to ask this in the Cleveland sub-forum as well, you may get more responses there.
