The treaty signed at Greenville was between the United States, represented by General "Mad" Anthony Wayne who defeared the Indian tribes at Fallen Timbers near Toledo, and representatives of the Wyandots, Delawares, Shawanees, Ottawas, Chippewas, Pattawatimas, Miamis, Eel Rivers, Weas, Kickapoos, Piankeshaws, and Kaskaskias.

Some scholars contend that the Treaty of Greeneville formally ended tensions between the Indians and Americans in what is now present-day Ohio. This could not be farther from the truth. Many Indians refused to honor the agreement. Many white settlers also flooded onto the Indians' land. Violence continued to dominate the relationship between these two peoples. Native American leaders like Tecumseh and the Prophet would emerge in the early 1800s to carry on the Indian struggle to regain their lost land

I got the idea for this one from Modern Marvels last night.
In 1913 an Ohioan invented the first cement truck. He was cheated by the U.S. patent office, and never collected any royalties from his invention.
The Cement company he started still exists today. Name the inventor and the city in which he was located. As a bonus name the country of his ancestry.

Stephen Stepanian of Columbus, had the idea for both the cement mixer truck and started the Arrow Concrete Company. He was given recognition by his peers in 1954.

Very Good. Stepanian, and Columbus are the correct answers. The answer to the bonus question is Armenia. I know that because I work with a Stepanian.
He once told me that all last names that end with IAN are of Armenian descent.
In 1915 Turkey butchered 2 million Armenians in an attempt at total genocide. The ones that survived fled to all parts of the world.
