My fiancé has had his son staying in our house for 3 weeks now I found out yesterday that he was on probation when his probation officers knocked on the door and searched my house. I want him out but can't find anything on the laws in ohio about the length of time someone can stay before you can call the police to have them removed from your property. Can anybody help me with this question

You said our house and my house. If it is your house, you can boot him now. If it is "our" house you and your fiancee can boot him any time

But you have to live with your gut, or not!
