Middletown has suffered through a lot in the 90s. The town has been growing though because of annexation. It has reached about 50,000, up from 46,000 in 1990. Its in booming Butler County, and the downtown is really starting to make a comeback. There are some amazing homes, and the mansions the town has preserved are amazing.
