So Panera is finally here! Yay! In the paper they mentioned that a Rite Aid on Eastown and Elm, on Cable an O'Reilley Automotive where the old Ponderosa was, the rumored Chuck E Cheese, and if you count it a new hotel. Hopefully the rumors about remodeling the American Mall will finally come true and it won't be such a waste. Any thoughts?
