I'm from a little south of Findlay but am familiar with the area. As someone previously stated, while Findlay is MUCH nicer, you are looking at quite a commute. It all depends on your personal financial situation though. If you can afford the commute and higher prices in Findlay it is worth it. Although I am sure you can find some nice apts in Tiffin. Also check the outlying areas of Tiffin. Once in a while if you check the ads in the paper (also online) you can find houses for rent.

Just a warning....you may have problems finding a landlord that will allow a dog. Especially if it is larger. We have a dog under 10 lbs and the only reason we can have him in our apt in because my husbands parents are good friends of the owner. Just a small forewarning. But if it doesn't say "no pets" always ask.

Good luck, I hope you find what you are looking for!
