I can't get over the little town of Columbiana. Just past through this past weekend, its mainstreet was seeing a new face lift, the circle has changed so much since the last 5 months I was there, with a new clock in the middle.

I agree Business Management is a good field-I earned my degree in the same field in 05 and was lucky to find a good job in the area that i have been happy with. Good luck to you!

That's funny, i've heard that Wilmington doesn't have many jobs and the home prices are outrageous. But what do i know, my brother lives right near there.

Actually, he's a teacher in Jacksonville.
That's your opinion and you are free to have it. I prefer the rust belt to anything in the south.....that's just me. Good luck to you wherever you live.

I really think that moving to Youngstown is a huge mistake. There are plenty of places where you can "enjoy the quiet life" and not live in the middle of an extremely depressed area. There are no jobs here unless you are in the medical sector, if you are, then that would probably be fine. People are LEAVING the Youngstown area, certainly not coming here in droves. We have the 3rd highest murder rate per capita, just behind Compton if that gives you an inkling on the crime here. My highest gas bill for my 2400 sq. ft. home last winter was $560, so winter isn't only cold, grey and awful, it's downright expensive. I am currently back in college pursuing my RN so I can get the heck out of here and go wherever I choose. This is just one person's opinion, take it for what it's worth.
