Ok, back on topic. Ohio is Midwestern w/some Great Lakes, Southern, Appalachian, and Northeastern traits, customs, dialects, etc.

Still thats not the thing that matters. You still havent explained what point you were trying to make or explained your logic  . Are you ever going to explain that? or is my assumption correct that you never had a point or good logic to begin with? |

I went back and read the comment that your talking about. It doesnt really have a point or good logic. If thats really your answer, I see my assumption was correct.
This all started because you tried to make Cincinnati seem like some mega-city while pretty much calling Indianapolis rural, or as you put it "Indianapolis is right in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by farmland". Im sure the people in urban Indianapolis wouldnt be too happy about that. Then of course you made up stats to try and validate this claim. What does a city 100 miles away have to do with how urban Cincinnati is? Nothing.

I consider Ohio to be at the crossroads of the South, Midwest, and Northeast, and there are cities in Ohio that have the feel and characteristics of each of the above regions. Though technically we're Midwest, there are some people in Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, etc. that would challenge that assertion. |
