I've read your other thread about your plight and i'm disappointed that no one has really been able to help you. Not to put blame on you, but next time i would make sure that you have the right zoning. What a pain! Is the city still contemplating things or have they made a final decision??? I'm sure there are plenty of areas around here where you can find what you are looking for. Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Lawrence and Mercer Counties all have rural areas that allow what you are talking about. In Trumbull County i would look into Fowler, Vienna, Mecca, Johnston, Vernon, Kinsman, Bazetta, maybe some areas of Champion, Gustavus, Green, Braceville, Bristol, etc, etc, etc.
