Amanda Stoutsville Tarlton are very small mostly no zoning middle of nowhere places with pretty large schools. Chillicothe Jackson Circleville larger places. All is south east.

Since you want inexpensive housing, a small town, and don't need jobs i would suggest trumbull or mahoning counties. I know there is a big emphasis on special ed here and there are several hospitals in the tri-county area. I you want specific locations, let me know what you are looking for! Hope i can be of help! Yeah...we used to have Fish fry's at the VFW and Ham dinners put on by the fire dept. The new Xgens don't want to work so they go to McDs and the mall instead...thats the end of the Fish fry's and Ham dinners! I honestly can't recommend a single town in Ohio at this time. If you have family thats one thing...no family here? why not look a little further SOUTH.
