Northwoods, when were those pictures of Warren taken? (morning or evening?) These pictures are great, and the evening/morning light makes them even better.
Shows how often I get to Warren, huh?

LOL. The first set was mid-afternoon, the second set was taken in the evening. I can't seem to get motivated early enough in the morning to take any photos then... what can I say, I'm a coffee-junkie! I enjoy lazing around watching the AM news!

Awesome Church pictures! It's one of the many things I miss about the NorthEast -
Here in Florida, the Churches are shaped of a salt-box.

Beautiful pics there NorthwoodZJ.
But as for the churches? I'm one of those who love to look at old country churches and there small town charm and simplicity
But thank you for the pics, the one reminds me of the Old North Church in Boston Mass.

I know what you mean 2goldens, I spent 5 years just outside of Orlando. We do have some pretty elaborate ones here as well... in fact, one is just around the corner. It's hard to even think of it as a church.

I have to agree with you, Seabee! In saying that, there are a lot of old, small town churches around here. I could probably spend the better part of a week photographing the ones I know of.

I know what you mean, in my travel around this part of Ohio I get to see lots wonderful old country churches. Resting peacefully next to a cemetery thats filled with loved ones and friends who spent thier Sundays together and now sleep the enternal sleep together. Thoughs are the types of churches where you know everyone and thier whole families and the pastor can tell you the name of each and everyone of them. The one that went there from the craddle to the grave.

^There are definitely a ton of those types of churches around here. When i add to my Cortland phototour i'll have to get one of the Cortland Christian Church and its cemetery.
