Gosh, I havent seen 8 straight hours of sleep in years. Even if I add them all up, it wouldnt make 8!

I think my sleep situation sucks. I normally wake up at 5:30 A.M. Well, this would be OK if I could fall asleep around 9 or 10. I don't. Usually 12:30-1:00 is the magic time for falling to sleep for me for the past years.. It sucks. I work a long time and then I'm off for a long time so taking a nap is out of question. 5:30 - 6:00 a.m. is almost suicidally hard for me but the rest of the day is OK, just feel a little tired all of the time.
