Well, it depends on what you're used to. I had to look it up on the map and it looks like it it very close to Trumbull Memorial Hospital. If you're coming from the suburbs it probably going to look a little scary, but if you're used to living in a city you'll probably be fine. That area has a lot of run down homes, but it's probably safe considering there are a lot of commercial properties in the area. Have you been there to check it out? Have any experience with Warren or the metro area? Where are you coming from? Generally, my advice is that if you're looking in the area near E. Market St. i would stay NE of Laird and Market and SE of Laird and Market i probably wouldn't live west of Oak Knoll, although, the closer you are to Market St. the better the area, i wouldn't live too close to St Rt. 422 (Youngstown Rd) because that's getting pretty rundown and somewhat ghetto. I would suggest you contact the Warren police for crime stats in the area.
