Default GMA coming to Northeast Ohio..........

Looks like Good Morning America will be in Gustavus in northern Trumbull Co. on Sept. 17 as part of their Wistle Stop Tour across the country. They will be interviewing farmers as well as John McCain. Country star Brad Paisley will also be playing a free concert as part of the live broadcast.

John McCain and Sarah Palin will also be in the area holding a rally at Winner Aviation at the Youngstown-Warren regional airport at 4pm on Tuesday the 16th.

ABC will say ‘Good Morning’ from Gustavus - News, Sports, Jobs, Community Information - Tribune Chronicle - Warren, OH

Quote:
Gustavus was picked to represent Ohio, Maney said, ''Because it's a great, beautiful area, such a slice of Americana. A lot of people around the country haven't been to that part of Ohio. It's a really interesting and different place to showcase to people who might not be familiar with that part of Ohio.''
For those of you who don't know, Gustavus Township and the area surrounding it, is pretty rural. The township is located northeast of Youngstown/Warren and the city of Cortland. It also is located on the southern border of Astabula County. Most people in that area are farmers and there are many amish up that way as well.
