University of Cincinnati or Cleveland State
I know this question might sound like I'm comparing apples to oranges but which school would be best for majoring in Urban Studies? I heard that CSU has a really good urban studies program but on the other hand, (no offense to CSU) UC has a more "real school" type vibe to it.

Both schools are great for Urban Studies.
A side note, there is a very high amount of military veterans at CSU...I believe they offer extra incentives to military personnel FYI (just telling you this because of your name).

Thanks costello_musicman. I didn't know there were a good number of vets at CSU. I'll definitely have to check into the incentives that CSU has to offer. I'm actually leaning more towards CSU mainly because it's located in Cleveland even though I like UC just a tad more but I don't like Cincinnati as much as Cleveland.

I didnt go there, but everytime I drove around downtown I thought about how cool it would be to go to school there. Is it cheaper than UC?

I guess it all depends on what program you're in, Iraqvet. I didn't go to UC, but a few of my friends went to UC and I know that their DAAP program was extremely difficult, stressful, and challenging.
UC:
College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP), a highly internationally-ranked design school, particularly known for its programs in interior design (ranked best in the nation), architecture, and industrial design (both ranked second), as well as graphic design and urban planning (both ranked in the top 20).
