No offense but your comparison is only hindering Cincy's reputation - considering it's skyline is smaller and less complete than Boston and Atlanta. Actually, Boston has a pretty weak skyline if you have ever been there. Atlanta has some impressive buildings.

If I might jump to Hillside's defense for a moment....the particular argument you're referencing had nothing to do with Cincinnati's skyline compared to Atlanta's or Boston's. So how does his comparison hinder Cincinnati's reputation?

Atlanta has a more established skyline than Cincy.

A skyline has nothing to do with height. Period. There's a definition somewhere upthread.
No array of buildings?

none of what you say makes sense.
buildings put together constructively in an appealing manner? sounds like a dense, "big city" downtown to me.
atlanta's downtown is more established? see cincy-rise's aerial above. you're looking at one of the most urban downtowns in the country. established usually means tenured, not relatively new.
how is the comparison hindering cincinnati's rep? i have been to boston many times, and yes, it is pretty weak. atlanta has impressive individual buildings, but it doesn't form together as a skyline unless you're looking from specific angles (sound like cleveland?). otherwise, you see blue skies. you just proclaimed my assertion as true, yet you deny it?
cincinnati doesn't have a lot of tall buildings, but the new skyscraper under construction will dramatically change the skyline. we'll see how small it looks then.
i do believe carew is the 3rd tallest building in ohio, though.

Could everyone please calm down? Just because I have a favorite, doesn't mean the others are bad. From the pictures I've seen (never been to Cincy) I like both Cleveland's and Cincinnati's skyline, but neither one of them are currently my favorite.

From that last aerial view, you can certainly see how the crooked Cuyahoga got its name!
