Default pleasant ridge?

I am looking at a house in pleasant ridge by elbrook ave. it is not in golf manor, but close. The street seems nice and safe to me, but does anyone live there that could give me any insite to the crime and such? Is this a good or bad neighboor hood? thanks

IMO, its a nice neighborhood. I live in Norwood, right next to P Ridge just down Montgomery Ave. My friend lives very close to the area you speak of so i have been over there quite a bit. I consider it a nice neighborhood more along the lines of a Golf Manor feel.
