Default home improvement Mount Orab Ohio?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a home improvement firm/person in or near Mount Orab, OH? I'm looking at buying an old (just about falling down) house for next to no $$$$ and would like someone more knowledgeable than me to say whether or not a few thousand bucks would put it in habitable condtion for a few more years.

I'd prefer to rely on a recommendation rather than just start calling businesses.
