I was specifically talking about the area of N. Park and Washington, not all of Warren.............. |

Warren has the cheapest homes to buy, yes, but you will definitely pay the price to live there. I owned a tanning salon not far from where you're buying your house and after being robbed 3 times I sold it. was afraid to walk out of the building at night alone. good luck and let us know how you do.
