Warren is not a bad city as long as you are away from Youngstown. Yes Youngstown is going through change but it has a long way to go. I would more suggest cities like Niles, and Hubbard. Both Niles and Hubbard are safe and both cities are getting brand new elementary, middle, and highschools. Niles is a bigger city with 21,000 and it has the Eastwood Mall which is a very nice mall and Niles is a changing city. Hubbard is a quiet suburb with about 8,000 people. It is very safe. Great schools. Both cities are nice. I would suggest looking into some other suburbs. Like Boardman, Canfield, Poland, Austintown, Craig Beach, Columbiana, and Salem. All the suburbs are going through major construction and development. They are really nice places to call home.

I agree with staying away from Youngstown. I've been to Warren a few times, doesn't seem bad. Is there alot of crime there? I am from Lorain county, about 2 hours away. People here say Warren is a nice place to live.

Yes Warren is a nice place to live. I use to live in the Pittsburgh area and alot of people from western PA have moved over to Ohio. I now live in Westlake. Lorain seems like a nice city and Lorain county seems nice also. But Warren is also nice. There really isnt crime in Warren. And thats good for a city of 47,000-50,000 people. Warren JFK is a great school i have heard.

Beaver Creek and Kettering are nice. Also check out Tipp City, Englewood, Vandalia, Brookville, Trotwood, and Hays Corner. Those are all suburbs of Dayton. Good Luck if you decide to move to Ohio. SW Ohio is very nice. Columbus and Cincinnati are some of my favorite cities.

^^^ Yes Warren is building all new high, middle, and elementary schools. And JFK is a really great highschool. And Warren has a nice downtown with newer and well keep older buildings. And like i said Niles the suburb to the south has alot of great entertainment like the Eastwood Mall.
