The home that the Ohio family lived in was the Halifax model by Ryan Homes in the community of Springboro, OH. The home looked pretty new so I would venture to say it is in either the Greycliff or Settler's Walk communities.
Springboro is a community located in fast growing Warren County. It's schools are in the top category for state public schools. It is close to I-75 which makes it convenient if one spouse is commuting north to Dayton and the other south to Cincinnati. However, depending on which metro area you prefer to be closer to, Springboro isn't the only choice as most of Warren County is new homes with excellent schools. Also checkout Centerville to the north and Lebanon to the south.

I thought this episode was hilarious!

My lady and I could totally identify more with the family from Delaware (not Ohio). A peaceful country lifestyle, hard work (you'd never need a gym membership-haha!) and well behaved kids...who could want more?

I though the part when the lady from Ohio was cleaning out the stalls was hysterical! The part I did not like was the end though where the husband from Delaware pushed his wife out of the way, I am sure it was staged, but still I thought unnecessary. However the house was nice and I have heard so many good things about the Ohi school system thanks so much for responding to my post have a good one!

LOL! I agree, that "fight" looked very silly and staged; I guess the producers feel they've gotta do something to enhance the drama and increase ratings

The only thing other than the man from Delaware pushing his wife was the term the children used "if we whine we are busted" i totally agree that children need structure, but they also need to be able to express their feelings to some extent, and they do not need to be spoiled through constant gifts. The Delaware Dad seemed a little violent to me thats all. Have a great day!
