I simply said I have as a way to show I'm not just an angry native who has never been out of the city and hates it on that account. I love this city but I know it certainly isn't what I'd call great. If I had to pick, I'd probably pick Cincinnati, because Cleveland has one of the most corrupt and inept city governments outside of Chicago. The Cleveland political machine is rotten to the core and it causes migraines throughout most of Cuyahoga County.

That said, I wouldn't live in Cincinnati either. I live in Mentor and the fact there are 55,000 people here annoys me, as I regard it as creating a lack of privacy and creating a traffic problem (aside from the fact that Mentor actually does have a major traffic problem due to the lack of city-planning). I almost regard Conneaut as having too many people.

Some folks are okay with life in a city, others are not.

Asking me if I'd prefer Cincinnati over Cleveland is like asking me if I'd prefer to be attacked by a lion or a polar bear. Two equally unattractive options.

But that said, I'd have to take Cincinnati over Cleveland, due mostly to the corruption and disregard for state law that exists in Cleveland.

I grew up outside Cleveland (Mentor to be exact) and used to live in Cinicinnati. Both SUCK.

Now I live in Boston and glad I don't live in Ohio......

I heard East Cleveland and Over the Rhine is a great place to buy a gun....

Should I even begin to mention sports?? Let's see the Sox, Pats and Celtics have 6 championships in 6 years...Cincy and Cleveland 0!! Shall we compare Headlands Beach toCape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket?? Skinng in Vermont and New Hampshire. Maine in the fall. You can keep your guns.

One more reason to move the east coast...jobs!!!

You won't find a single gun store in East Cleveland, and there aren't that many in the city limits of Cleveland (at least not that I know of).

Skiing is more important than your Constitutional rights?

If that's the attitude you want to take, Ohio is better off without you.

If they can disregard the Second Amendment they can disregard any Amendment... Would you agree to submit to background checks, police interviews, licensing, and registration, before being able to buy and take possession of a book? What about a limit on only buying one book a month...

"I know your state values the Constitution more, but our state has a better basketball team! Gadzooks!"

Anyway, I disgress...

Ohio will get along just fine without those who don't want to be here. If you don't want to be here, then don't be, we're not going to fall apart anytime soon.

Let's try to refrain from making assumptions about who voted for who. I've never voted for a Democratic or Republican candidate for the office of President.


As for the General Secretary of the Central Committee, Premier BHO, even if he gets his "private civilian security force" (i.e. NKVD) I don't think he'll have enough people to take guns from anybody.
