Default What do you need to do in order to perform a marriage ceremony in Ohio

One of my close friends from college is not real religious and he asked me to perform his marriage ceremony. I immediately jumped on the offer without thinking about what it would require, I am now wondering what I need to do in order to be able to perform the ceremony and for it to have legal significance? Do I need to be registered with the municipal court or something? Is there a fee I need to pay?

I became an ordained minister with one of the churches with very low barriers to entry, but is there anything else that I need to do with regards to the state of Ohio?
