Default Working in Ashland

Got an offer in Ashland, Ohio. Looking for best place to live within reasonable commute of Ashland (under 1 hour). Family with 3 small kids so schools are important. I have only been to Ohio once for the inteviews.

Thinking about Medina. Any thoughts?

Default Ashland

Medina is a larger city and the cost of living is higher as well as the crime. Ashland and the smaller towns in Ashland county are very nice and family friendly . Close enough to enjoy what big cities have to offer but far enough away to chill out and enjoy the beauty of the area. Moderator cut: linking to competitors sites is not allowed. I am in the process of selling my house in Ashland county and down sizing.I have a large home with 10 acers in northern Ashland county. The house is just 8 miles from Ashland. Any help I can give you, please feel free to email me. I have lived in and arouund this area all my life.

I have been to Ashland a few times this past year and loved it sooo much i actually thought about moving there.Do not commute to Ashland, make it your home!
Right now it is a buyers market in Ashland.
You have a choice of either Ashland county schools or Ashland city schools and both are top notch.

I only visited and did some personal research this is all i do know about Ashland, Oh.

Let us know how it goes.

I am in SW Medina County, approx 20-minutes from Ashland. Although we are rural, we have one of the best rated schools in the State (Cloverleaf). It is a very safe place to live and there is a lot for the kids to do. Feel free to email me privately if I can be of any further assistance.
