Hey thanks! That does look like a pretty cool place, the two bath places are three bedroom but I'm sure we could find a use for the third bedroom. I'll have to check this one out to see how big the floor plans are/room dimensions.

I live in Youngstown. For awhile, I had the MOST PERFECT two-story apartment in Boardman, OH. It was in Huntington Woods which is just a jot from Route 11 and you don't have to fight 224 traffic much because it's on the outskirts of it. Also, there was a gym immediately down from my complex (Creekside Fitness) and I used to walk there. Rent for my AMAZING loft was a mere $500 a month with almost all utilities included. Drive around back there in Huntingwoods. Many lofts, quiet neighborhood. It's the ONLY apartment place to live if you ask me.

If you are thinking about living in Youngstown and working in Sharon, PA, I would definitely choose a place close to the highways. Otherwise, you're looking at over 30 minutes commute time. I lived in Cornersburg (Youngstown), which is not near any highways, so I would not recommend that area.
Good luck...

The best places to live in the Youngstown-Warren-Sharon area are: Canfield, Poland, Cortland, Columbiana, New Middletown, Champion, Vienna, Howland, Bazetta, or Hermitage. The following areas are slums/ghettos, with very high crime rates: Youngstown, Campbell, Farrell, and Warren. The areas turning into slums/ghettos are: Girard, Niles, Liberty, Boardman, Austintown, and Sharon. Other o.k. areas, but not the best are: Brookfield, McDonald, Hubbard, Sharpsville, West Middlesex, and Leavittsburg.
