NE Ohio is pretty bad altogether, but I don't think any city here in Ohio is what anyone would call gorgeous. I'm from Ohio, and I'm not afraid to admit that it's unattractive, boring, dull, and really quite depressing. Cincinnati is the only SOMEWHAT decent city here.

I'd say;
1) Canton
2) Cleveland (I HATE that place)
3) Youngstown (where I'm from)
4) Akron
5) Toledo
6) Dayton
7) Columbus
8) Cincinnati

All you do is run around these forums talking up Pittsburgh and bashing Cleveland (even when the latter isn't the subject of conversation). Could you be any more transparent? I know you hate Youngstown (and by extension, all of NE Ohio) and want to move, but Cleveland isn't Youngstown.

I think Ashland is a nice little community. I grew up in Mansfield and my wife went to Ashland University. I have a favorable opinion of the town from my vists to area.
I drove through Warren on Monday, wow, it is a real bad and ugly town. On the main drag I think there are more abandoned buildings than there are occupied, very run down and tired looking town. I don't know how these type of cities survive....or maybe it is dead. They could use a wrecking ball in that area.
