Youngstown
Youngstown is either at 12 or 13 they found a body the north side but never confirmed it as a homicide. either way its still down from previous years. but its still extremely high for a city that only have 70,000 residents. two people was killed the other day but was not in the Youngstown city limits. it was in Austintown township.

If you go to The Cleveland Plain Dealer and click on NorthEast Ohio homicides they are tracking every murder that happens in North East Ohio. They actually show with a satelite each murder and give an description. Cleveland is at 41 murders, all you have to do is count for yourself. They also list the few murders that happend in Akron which has nothing to do with our crime stats. Akron is not even in our county. They do not even include the city of East Cleveland in crime stats. Alot of time when you try to google it comes up there is not any up to date data. They don't want you to know how grimy it really is. Stick to the facts and let the truth be told.

Cleveland was at 41 a couple weeks ago. That isn't updated as regularly as I'd like. They have the majority, but not all the homicides. And there was another murder today on W.130th in the troubled Bellaire area, store owner stabbed to death with a butcher knife.

Born in rasied in Cleveland. Chicago has a gang culture that goes back generations. Cleveland has no real gang culture at all. Alot less retaliations if you can't blame someone. If we had a real gang culture it would really be dangerous to go outside at all. SCt

You will never see Cleveland on an episode of Gangland. Not enough of that going on. Don't get me wrong you got some young cats claiming dis and dat but it is all watered down. Most of the time murder is all bout dat all might dollar or just people being ignorant. You never know when you going to get caught up. Like my mamma use to tell me.Boy don't let dem street lights hit you.

People need to stop taking dis so seriously. If for any reason I had to go to either of these cities in another neighbor hood got I to had dat burner. I'm blessed to not have an felony. Got straps with permits. You could easily blow somebody away as long as it is self defense. The problem is it seem like everybody got a case in Cleveland or they just so use to doing illegal stuff that they don't realize if you are at least 18 0r 21 depending on your weapon of choice you are better off. I tell the youngbloods all da time if you don't have a felony get a permit. May be the difference between doing life and walking away.
