Default Need help in North Eastern Ohio

I am looking for a home on 5 - 10 acres within 30-40 miles of greater Cleveland, preferably west. I would consider a home that needs a lot of work. I do not need a large home. Older homes that need rehab would not be an issue. I am more interested in the land and would hope it would be partially wooded. A pond or stream would be great.

I am not in a position to buy right now and am looking for a lease option or land contract. I can afford payments up to $1,600 a month with part gpoing towards down payment.

If you know of anything or could steer me in the right direction...it would be greatly appreciated.

You might get lucky .... Lodi, outskirts of Medina (but, will be higher price), Wadsworth. Also check out the small communities in northern Wayne County (Doylestown, Orrville, Apple Creek, etc). All this mentioned areas would put you at about the 45min commute to Cleveland range. Grafton is inexpensive, but flat, about 35min commute.
